A personal project I've been working on lately has a handful of goals to achieve.
Starting with the selection of the prop and its purpose, which is a tribute to an era gone by, I aimed to capture the essence of nostalgia and blend it with modern artistic techniques.
The workflow was basically the classic high-to-low poly baking, where the assets were created in Blender and textured in Substance Painter.
It was fun recreating the "imperfections" from the reference images, although it took some time to understand and apply them.
